These Terms of Service apply to this website, which advertises on behalf of 1-tester-james, operated by Conecme, a marketing service of Jellis Enterprise LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms.
Conecme is not a law firm or a lawyer referral service and does not give legal advice. This website is a paid attorney advertisement. Nothing on it is legal advice, and using it or contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship only begins when you sign a written agreement with an attorney.
Attorneys and law firms who take part in our advertising program ("Legal Partners") are independent and solely responsible for the legal services they provide. We do not recommend or endorse any attorney, and we do not decide whether a firm accepts your case. See the current Legal Partners.
Any results, settlements or verdicts mentioned are examples only. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome, and every case is different. "No fee unless you win" refers to attorney fees only; you may still be responsible for case costs.
You agree that the information you submit is true and that you are 18 or older. You agree to be contacted as described in the consent wording on the form, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or asking a caller to stop. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Do not submit false information or information about someone else without their permission, interfere with the site, or copy its content without our written permission.
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Jellis Enterprise LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
